This brief conversation gives us a chance to connect, explore what’s bringing you to counselling, and see if working together feels aligned without any pressure or obligation.
If you choose to move forward, you can book online or in-person sessions, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you. Sessions are offered in a warm, supportive environment where your experiences are met with care, respect, and curiosity.
You are invited to come just as you are. There is no expectation to have everything figured out. Counselling is a collaborative process, and we will move at your pace, guided by your needs, capacity, and goals. With an open mind and heart, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface, building insight, emotional safety, and meaningful change over time.
