Individual Counselling

A Supportive Space to Be Fully Yourself

Individual counselling offers a private, compassionate space to explore what you are experiencing emotionally, relationally, and internally. This work is designed to support adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. You do not need to have clear answers or a specific goal when you begin therapy can start exactly where you are.

Individual counselling may support you with:

  • Anxiety and ongoing stress

  • Depression or emotional heaviness

  • Relationship and attachment challenges

  • Separation, divorce, or family conflict

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Self-esteem and self-worth concerns

  • Mental and emotional health

  • Pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum changes

  • Feel more grounded and regulated during stressful periods

  • Understand recurring relational or emotional patterns

  • Improve communication and boundaries

  • Develop greater self-compassion and confidence
